Molly is Customer Relations Assistant for the business, she is the face of Optimum on a daily basis collecting and delivering jobs to dental practices within the Midlands. Molly also builds and maintains a good working relationship with all existing clients.
A polite professional approachable person with great communication and interpersonal skills, Molly is dedicated to maintaining customer satisfaction to the highest of standards and contributing to company success, always aiming to deliver above and beyond customer expectations.
In April 2018 Molly and Liam sought to oversee all company social media platforms to develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which are designed to enlighten the audience and contain the essence of promotion. Molly is also involved with Google Analytics which helps analyse social media campaigns, gathering visitor data and determines efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement. She works with all departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product and promotion releases. In addition to this, Molly and Liam between them follow up leads on social media to further expand their customer database.
In her spare time, she is also studying for a Bachelor of Science degree in mental health, psychology & counselling. She is a very active person enjoying biking (both Quad and Bmx), anything to do with cars and horses and messing about with her dogs whilst listening to music. When she finds time, she also like to read, cook and unwind with PlayStation for a bit of light relief!
